I mean. There’s lifeforms on earth that don’t need oxygen to survive. They like deep sea chemical vents. Delicious center of the earth soup.

I honestly would love it if alien life was different, but I have been told it wouldn’t work that way.

The reasons I stated before.
Life as we know it requires trillions of perfect circumstances, even things we wouldn’t think about.
You gave some fair points, but this entire thing is really just a “wait and see.”

I honestly don’t know, I don’t really have a stance on this, besides the fact that our own existence is wonder upon wonder upon wonder, so for aliens to also exist, it’d be even crazier
