I have a theory that when TTV went all professional, Jon was all for it, and Eljay was all against it. They argued and argued for so long that the rest of the cast decided to let Eljay go.

When I heard the news - two days late - that Jon was let go and prpl was leaving, I didn't know what to feel: Upset... Frustrated... Angry... ultimately, just lost...
And it didn't help that there were lots of negative comments here.
So, I spent the next couple of days pondering....
I eventually watched/read the responses posted on the future of the TTV Channel. I felt much better, knowing that you guys were using this to making changes for the best.
But then,
Just when I thought things couldn't get any better...
You do the one thing nobody expects - Rehiring Eljay!
I cannot possible express how overjoyed I am!!!
Bringing back Eljay has got to be one of the BEST decisions you guys have ever made!
This is the beginning of rebuilding the community!

Creepy Crawla give me a Dolla was a masterful display of how you're returning to a more "bunch of friends" optic, it' really great.
It's still pretty sad to see Jon go. There are no doubt valid reasons, but he's been a part of the cast for so long it feels as wierd as when Eljay left.
And not to sound patronising or anything but i'm pretty proud of you guys.
