As a Matoran he was said to have a good singing voice?.. Don’t suppose he kept those skills when he transitioned to a fast food product?
Anyway, back on topic…
The severe weight gain harmed his vocal cords.
This actually might have been my first exposure to BIONICLE too. And of all of the few interactions I had with G1 during its initial run, THAT is the one thing I still have
I find Christian Faber’s “Turaga files” offers a unique view on what certain aspects of G1 could’ve been. If anyone hasn’t already…seriously check out the stuff for the voodoo heads concepts.
I don’t know if you guys are especially fond of G1’s later years, but I found this stock image of a kid looking at a shelf of sets, and now i really want '08 - '09 back. Maybe it’s a sequel to the picture of a kid playing with a Jetrax.
How come the only 2009 sets they have stocked are Agori?.. The first wave of Glatorian sets were out, right?
Speaking of Glatorian, here’s a store display. Dunno what Malum’s doing there.
“Okay guys, let’s have a nice clean fight, alright?”
I don’t think malum would say that.
Pretty out of character, yeah, but what else could he be doing there? Maybe he’s the only one who showed up to the fight.
Man, I wish I was that kid
After all the stuff with bionicle that’s happened recently it makes me want to go back to the og days.
But we all have to Move Along.
Felt a bit down about G2 being cancelled, stumbled upon this topic just now…
Amazing stuff, guys, the nostalgia is real.
kisses rolled up Pahrak that sits on his desk at all times
Ok, here’s a little bit of nostalgic input:
Anyone ever use to bring their toa/bohrok out to play with them in what looked to be their respective areas?
Letting Gali and Lewa hang from ridges and such was also REALLY satisfying to me for some reason.[quote=“CaptainOfTheGuard, post:921, topic:2840”]
I have a rolled up Pahrak on my desk too (except it’s not on my desk it’s on my locker; also, it’s in its canister)

The background choir, the droning tone and occasional chiming, it perfectly captures a mystifying atmosphere.
Pereki is really awesome at making 2001 styled animations!
Jala is hands down the best psychologist in Bionicle!
Remember when about $60 of bionicle would get you these two
Remember when one Piraka would cost less than one Protector?
Clearly our good friend Mr Inflation has done some tinkering here and there.
That feels like a million miles away…
I wish we could go back to those days.
I remember getting Hydraxon for my birthday one year, along with Ehlek and another BIONICLE.
good times
Thanks to the Wayback Machine, the old site is still accessible.
sigh
I’d even take this back.
Y’know what, I’d take this back.
I was trying to find BIONICLEstory.com and I stumbled across this…
Upon closer inspection…
The terrain crawler thing is still up. Huh.
Thanks again to the Wayback Machine, BIONICLEstory.com has been preserved.
…And BioMedia Project still has the flash games intact.
Time to stop the Morbuzakh!
Oh.
It’s not a good game IMO
