Luxatium brings spikes of light out of the ground, angled at Savager, primal energy sparking off of them. Luxatium then takes to the air, firing needles of light down on the foe.
A voice rang through Markâs skull like a tidal wave of bugs and it spoke four words to him
#âgot something for you.â
Mark, only have conscious from his injuries, weakly uttered a faint sound of confusion at the voice in his head.
@L.O.S.S-KAL
#âa buddy, a friend a chum made from chum!â
The voice was very weird
@L.O.S.S-KAL
Mark, with his barely conscious mind, thought of one person, and old friend of his.
He slowly, silently mouthed the words with his lips.
âLeadheadâŚâ
Savager roared as the spikes impacted him. However, they did little to impede his advance. Savager attempted to strike a blow at Luxatium.
Luxatium, attempting to stop savager with his form, instead gets plowed into a wall. Waiting for Savager to move, Luxatium says, âThat would have hurt if I could feel pain.â If Savager were to move, Luxatiumâs form would crumple to the ground before disappearing and reforming.
Savager, with his deformed beastial mind, could only give a roar of rage as a reaction. He shattered the wall behind where Luxatium had been with his fist, before he turned to slowly approach Markâs battered, broken body with the intent of finishing the job.
Luxatium brings up a wall of light, smacking Savager in the face. âWow, you canât finish anything.â He taunts.
Behind Savager an inky substance drips from the roof, collecting in a pool behind him
@L.O.S.S-KAL
Savager, along with all 27 of his eyeballs, slowly turned in the direction of the ink puddle. Temporarily distracted, he observed the puddle curiously.
âVery well.â said the angel, as he and the other Angelâs donned their suits.
âReady when you are.â
From the puddle a mass of tarnished metal and stained cloth rises dripping with foul black goop that steams upon contact with the open air. The figureâs head is naught but a metallic dome with a seemingly endless pit driven deep inside. As it fully rises it takes a few deep shuddering breaths like a newborn child.
âActivating AN trap.â Dr. X said as he hit several buttons, activating the device mounted extremely securely onto the craftâs hull.
âyouâll need to get closer, planet side evenâ
âThen hang on, weâll be expecting turbulence.â Dr. X said as he continued to pilot the craft towards the AN signal.
âi wouldnât thereâs no wind here.â
âThatâs not the turbulence Iâm anticipating.â Dr. X said as he accelerated the craft.
The surface of the planet wasâŚmelancholy to say the least, a monochromatic ashen wasteland, no wind no sound just grey dunes andâŚfootprints?
Dr. X keeps in mind that there may be others around and continues to fly towards the AN signal.
âah there appears to be a vessel of the collect up ahead, a guard perhaps?â
âLetâs find out.â The doctor tries to hail the vessel.
