Yes, it’s based on J. M. Flagg’s famous 1917 US Army Recruitment Poster.
The fonts used are Fontana (which closely resembles the font used for some of the Vahki animations, and of course Goudy Trajan, which is the font of the BIONICLE name.
I already know a lot could be improved with this, but critiques are always welcome none-the-less!

I really liked your idea on reddit of making new posters with the winner of each contest. Making art of these newly-canon characters feels like a great pseudo-welcome present to them from the community and might make some people accept them more by seeing them through a different medium!
