She is in a neighbourhood in which Mirage’s troops are being sieged by Megatron’s. Pretty much all the Vehicon generals and almost all of the Vehicons in Iacon are there.

Okay, why are the Tripredacus Council now alive? Were they just drones of some sort or are these computers some sort of life support system for them?

@Chromeharpoon I think that the best way to introduce your new character would be just to throw him into the fight in the sieged neighbourhood where like half of the group is fighting Megatron and his Vehicons.
