Happy Mario day everybody. Just wanted to know how many people know of this holiday and/or care about in the slightest. I probably won’t do much Mario related things today but what about you?

Mario is a classic no matter how far I drift from enjoying games with him, I still love him for being the most iconic in-home gaming character of all time

I’m no Mario fan , but I’m pretty sure it’s some sort of a fan-made holiday, so not everyone knowsa about it.
I mean, Lego did choose today to reveal the Lego Mario theme, didn’t they? Seems like an intentional thing, like how Pokemon usually finds something to announce on Pokemon day.

I see it like may the 4th. A fan probably made it up but it was so perfect that the company has to use it.
