Ha! The Rhakshi Halloween costume my mom made for me was so much better. Glowsticks for eyes, spray painted milk cartons, and cardboard staff ends. It was superior to whatever that is.

My best guess would be that it was some obscure promotional teaser poster for 2010 (hence the Mata Nui robot up and about), similar to this
