Peiratís; Pirates of the Sandy Sea

Jim, upon seeing this, decides to turn back and wander through the city. He was looking for work, and he wasn’t being too terribly picky, either.

He could see the Marvara’s Captain nailing a notice on a board for the town to see

Barus chuckles. “Nice.” He says.

That might be worth a glance, Jim thinks to himself as he walks over to read the notice.

It was advertising a job for the next day of raiding an imperium shipping route

Barus keeps looking and sees the notice being hung. “Huh. I’m gonna go see what that’s about.” He tells Dius.

“I’ll meet you up top then.”

“Alright.” He says as he goes down the steps, jumping off once he reaches a height that wouldn’t hurt him, then goes up to the sign and reads it. “Hm. Have to be there.” He says to himself.

A few others were reading the sign

Jim resolves to take part in the raid. He plans to buy some new clothes later today, so as to be properly dressed for the occasion.

There was a seamstress shop nearby

Jim checks to see how much money he had handy.

The previous job had paid handsomely

Jim approved of the pay and went shopping. He was looking for a trench coat (preferably in a light shade of brown), a pair of gloves, and something with which to cover his face.

“hello, how may I help you?” Asked the owner, noticing his browsing

Jim smiles and nods.

“Hopefully so, yes,” he affirms with a nod. “I’m looking for…”

The pirate relates to the shopkeep the items for which he was searching.

“right this way,” she replied after hearing him out

Jim gives another friendly smile and follows.

She shows him several options, starting with coats

Jim selects a coat that best resembled what he was looking for.
