The last 2 federation guards take cover, one of them fires at the 3 zeon soldiers with a mounted mg, the other fumbles for his radio while trying to call for backup
IC- as the zeeks keep walking, Sammy turns on the comms
“ok, Mich, next time we hit a checkpoint, let me do the talking. unlike you, I am not being hunted by the f*cking feddies for espionage and treason!”
Sam sighs
“Joe, our story is that we’re hauling spare gundam parts, and captured Zeek suits. since they’re gundam parts, it’s better that the feds keep them secret, so that’s why we don’t have the forums and sh*t. Got it?”
IC: “Wait, don’t say it’s a Gundam. No grunt in the Federation should know about the Gundam. The clearance level is too high so they will easily think that we are Zeeks. Just say that we are just scrappers and are going to sell the Zeek parts to the Feddies. It sounds more realistic at least.”
“numbnuts, have you not heard the rumors? the dumbasses think there’s a gundam in australia, and this might confirm it. just stick to my story, 'cause yours worked out so fcking well.* just stay in the d*mn crates.”
“OK” “Actually since i’m basically done with the paint job now i’ll be running simulations in the Gouf for combat. Nobody will know it’s on anyway. But if you need me just call me ok?” I start crawling into the cockpit of the Gouf. “Oh and if the feddies want some money at the checkpoints then there is a case right behind the seat of the GM in case the Feddies need to be bribed. We don’t want to risk exposure of our position to the Feds anyway so hand them the money if they start asking some questions.”
OOC:
“OK guys, remember- spare gundam parts, why would the feddies have top secret parts under public listing. Mich, shut off fcking everything except the radio, and lock the cockpit hatch. not a dmn peep out of you.”
Sammy’s GM Sniper II kneels down to speak to the man stopping them.
“I’m escorting them, sir. Ensign Tuthill, just helping them transport some spare MS Parts.”
IC: I continue to munch on my Doritos and chug the holy Dew with the Gouf in standby mode (Basically like turning on a car without the engine or extra outputs on)
“Spare MS parts? Those aren’t scheduled till tomorrow…”
The guard examines his clipboard closely and shows it to the Ensign, pointing at the scheduled time with his pencil. “You sure this is the right base?”
IC: I decide that i should find a way to come up with a projectile version of the heat wire for fighting a further range as well as find a way to improve the thrusters performance for the Gouf.
