So here’s an interesting story about a relatively recent (released only 5 years ago, which is pretty recent in terms of nerf blasters) nerf blaster that is super rare. Back in 2013 nerf released a very nice blaster called the Rayven CS-12 which was a pretty nice looking bullpup blaster and it was pretty popular. Enough that they even re-released it last year (but now for $70 instead of $20).
However, this is not the rayven that i want, the one i want is a special edition that was released at the same time that i only recently found out even existed. You see, by this time the n-strike blasters from the early 2000’s had since been discontinued and replaced with the elite blasters (which IMO have a more meh color scheme). Yet with the rayven nerf decided to make a special edition that came in the original n-srike color scheme and instead of making it a target, walmart, or toys r us exclusive like they normally do… it was released exclusively at sam’s club (meaning that almost no one bought it because who goes to sam’s club)
Now here’s the thing, these are rare. Like super rare. I’ve only found 1 of these on ebay and it was on auction for $30 and i decided not to get it right then because i didn’t know how rare it truly was. I haven’t seen one ever since then (AKA like 4 months)
