Axis was already asleep.
Direwolf hooked up to his recharge slab.

The following morning, Dire was woken up by a loud banging on his door.
“Get up dog bot. Time for me to address my people.”
Direwolf flopped off the slab, slowly getting up.
Axis got up as well. Stretching as she did so.
Direwolf lazily strolled out of the room.
“What should I say? Direwolf, how does one address subjects in a royal fashion? You have more experience with this than I do.”
Maximus was in the main room.
“I don’t know, be polite and eloquent but most of all be precise.”
“Thanks. Now, let me hear your best vengeful challenging voice. You must be convincing.”
“Maximus! I challenge you to a duel for Ruler of Animatron!” He yelled, adding a mad look in his eyes.
“Very well done. I think we’re all set. Axis, come here please.”
Axis walks into the room.
“I need you to fetch Cheetor. He makes the perfect messenger.”
“On it.”
Axis exits the ship, transforms, and flies off.
“Alright. So, do we go do this?”
“Well first we wait for Cheetor to get here, which shouldn’t take long. I tell him to tell everyone about a royal meeting, then we make our way to the mountain. By the time we get there, there should already be a crowd. Though you might want to leave ahead of me.”
“That I can do,” he said through a yawn, before slowly walking off the ship.

Cheetor passed him on his way out. Axis wasn’t too far behind.
Direwolf continued to walk.
Cheetor hopped onto the lift when it was still going up after Dire had used it. Once he was inside, he approached Maximus, all the while in his beast mode.
“Hey there boss bot. What’chya got?”
“Cheetor, I have a task for you. It is of the utmost importance.”
“Well I’m your cat for the job. What is it?”
“I need you to tell everyone that I will be making a royal declaration at Beacon Mountain today.”
“Already on it.”
Cheetor went back to the lift, and sprinted off. Maximus then calmly exited the ship, and made his way to the mountain.
“The messenger has been sent. I’ll be at the mountain soon. How close are you?”
Maximus spoke to Dire over coms.
“I’ll be there in around fifteen minutes.”
“Excellent. I’ll be about ten minutes behind you.”
