Nice work! The head looks great! Stays true to the original, yet tries something new.
It’s a decently made MOC, but it doesn’t really remind me of a Vahki.
Reminds me of when I tried to make a titan-sized Rahkshi back in the day. I’d say if you should pay a bit more attention to the proportions and posing of the Vahki sets, and translate that into your version.
And if you can help it, try not to use as much silver, even if that means making him a bit smaller. Metallic colors tend to be the killers of good color schemes, and new brown and dark azure isn’t something I’ve seen before, it could turn out really striking if it wasn’t muted so much.

For some reason I don’t see the red eyes as eyes and more the holes on the shell. Nice MOC tho
