Looks very cool! I love the head design. Wish you had like… Visorak eyes or something, would fit this guy pretty nicely. Overall it looks good, but there are some features I would change for either more symmetry or more armor. But, if the reference you are making is towards general Grievous… welp… you made quite a nice job.
I really like this. You should find a better background in the future though
