Lucas attempted to take him somewhere in Episode II, and NOBODY CARED!
In regards to that theory, I HEAVILY doubt that Jar Jar was meant to be a villain.

However some portions of the theory may have been on to something, if you take the Clone Wars into account.

Also Darth Jar Jar was Lucases idea, if it ever was, this is Disney we are talking about. They delibrately refused to take Lucases script ideas into consideration, so any Jar Jar plots are debunked.

This is what I’ve been trying to tell people. After Jar Jar Binks almost ruined the prequel trilogy, I don’t think Disney would even consider taking that risk, especially with Supreme Leader Snoke.
