Rocka, and The Brain Attack waves.

Either Bulk or Stringer. What sets they did get where pretty good, but they’re also the least represented in the entire line.

Stringer superior, villains inferior. And while I agree that 4.0 really did some neat stuff and had some really cool sets, 3.0 will always be my favorite, probably in part because it was the only wave that I got the villain for. Also the CCBS animals were sick.

Evo was always my favorite. I adored his design from day one, and every variant of him was usually my favorite of that years heroes.
