How quickly do Kraata transition between stages? How long does it usually take to move up a stage, and what can accelerate or slow that process? What happens when they transition? What determines a Kraata’s starting stage? Does a potential Shadow Kraata ever display any signs to their potential? Do higher stage Kraata take more effort to make than lower stage Kraata?
Also, do higher-stage Kraata take more out of their makers than lower stage Kraata?

I’m pretty sure kraata don’t go up stages. They are born/created with a random stage
