Ah, now a matoran moc, be that a matoran form of your self-moc or just a matoran moc, I can definitely say is fine. Plannin’ to make myself one sometime.

Really, I don’t even think there has to be a limit on self-moc’s unless you want there to be.

I… um, I have to say it’s probably shadow, but mainly an AU-ish version of mine. (Really, multiple of my mocs have some form of made-up element or just don’t have one.)

Yeah, I can safely estimate that I have 3 times more Matoran mocs than Toa/large figures. I really like making Matoran mocs, because they have more personality in my opinion, as they’re just regular citizens.

Ah nice mate… I have way too many Toa mocs… I just finally started making actual villains and matorans, and don’t get me started on the (non-existent) rahi! XD

I can also agree with that opinion, kinda why I need so many more of 'em… I have no citizens for interaction.

The only Rahi I have are 2 black Fikous. Instead of using the Pakari Mata mask, they use Pakari Nuva masks, so they look like turtles almost. I bought 20 Pakari Nuva masks because they were 2 cents each and I was going to make an army of sorts but it never came to be

As I’ve realized, I forgot to put up my other 2 self mocs (and yes, I realize 3 is a lot… oh well, at least they own have their own aspects or why they’re a self Moc.)

Kelt, minor toa of creation [image] [image] [image] [image] Kelt is a toa of minor creation, in both mask and element. While this may not make much sense, creation not being an element, he somehow is, of course his wasn’t always creation, but he’s long since forgot which he was. Kelt was originally a matoran from Kelta-nui (AU, will be uploaded later), at least he was until the ‘Four Walls’, the protectors of Kelta-nui fell in a battle for Kelta-nui’s fate, against a horde of enemies, all of which wielded immense power, yet the battle stayed unknown to the matoran until after, when the new Four Walls appeared. Kelt had always been one of the stranger matoran, constantly wandering and adventuring outside the safety of the city they had formed on Kelta-nui, searching for items he cou…

Kai, Toa of fire/Dragos, Toa of dragons flame - Stopmotion self moc Lego Creations

So as I’ve realized neither of my self mocs aren’t that animatable, stopmotion wise, so I’ve made a third one just for the Stopmotions! Oh sure, I’ll include Kelt and Tekan eventually but for the beginning vids (and most others) I’ll be using Kai, or as he likes to be called, Dragos, Toa of dragons flame! ========== [image][image][image] Dragos is not your average Toa, as can be seen. Of course, he wasn’t always the way he looks now. Originally he was your standard Ta-matoran from a relatively standard village on a surface island far removed from Mata-Nui’s, similar in design to Metru-Nui’s own in truth, but smaller. Of course this doesn’t mean he was a ‘normal’ matoran, personality wise. He was more of an adventurer than a mask maker, oh sure, he did his fair share of mask welding…

To everyone in this topic: Your MOCs are fantastic, wonderful, and charming. Every single one of you has shown your creative spark and a unique building style that I will choose to describe as delightful.
Don’t put yourself down if your MOC is small, uses simpler pieces, any of that: what matters is you used those pieces to create something unique, something that echoes your love for Lego and for names like Bionicle and Hero Factory.
Thank you all for being a part of this amazing community, and for contributing your wonderful, beautiful ideas in the forms of stories, bricks, and pieces. Never lose your passion, and always remember to play well.

Cordion The General (V.2) [Self-MOC] Lego Creations

A while back I posted a topic about my self MOC, Cordion The General. It was met with general approval with the only source of criticism being a cluttered color scheme and awkward shoulders. I agreed with them. I had been trying to go for a black and white color scheme but I lacked the necessary pieces to make that real, so I decided to simplify it all down to a predominantly black color scheme, with highlights of silver and grey. I simplified the shoulder construction as well so it would fit in with the color scheme more. I also fixed the upper limb mobility problem I was having, so now the legs can move a lot more freely.
