Lucas realizes the kid isn’t going to speak so he just watches what he is doing.
OOC: Uh…just assume Simon was standing there looking all concerned, and then ran after Lauren.
IC: “Uh, do you think we should just get this kid outta the maze right now? I mean, I’m sure in circumstances like this they’d let us retry or whatever, and a spooky maze can’t be what he needs right now.”
The child shrugs as he sees Bailey darting
“FCKFCKF*CK” He ran past them
The kid points at him then to the picture
“Oh. Kek.” He gets up “We should go too.”
He nods
Ike picks him up and starts running
He wraps his arms around his neck so he wouldn’t fall
He made a gesture to his legs, trying to tell him he was able to run
‘What the hell are they doing?’ Lucas thinks. ‘Should I follow?’
By now the sun has set completely, leaving a slight red glow on the horizon. The moon is nowhere to be seen, leaving only glittering stars above them and the fading sunlight to light up the dusk. Somewhere ahead of them, a scream pierces the dark.
Lucas hears the scream “That’s not good,” he follows Bailey and Ike.
“I run fastr then a child.”
Ideruba “I’m strong.”
Ooc- you do realize he’s about 13, right XD
Ic- he shook his head
“Are you insulting my strength?”
OOC They don’t care.
He shook his head and pointed to his legs firmly
Lily “Aw. Just let me carry you.”
He sighs and gives a thumbs up
“Um, should we help, or run away?”
“What Are We? Anime?”
the child gives him a bewildered look, then realizes what that was and giggles a bit
Simon realizes that Lauren is already farther ahead in the maze… which is where the scream came from.
