The Last Resistance (Space)

“I guess our music tastes differ then.” Aris responds.

“Say what’s Dracula like?” Glub asked

“Well…” Aris started. “He was killed not long before…this happened.” He gestures around lazily, indicating the situation as a whole. “But before that he was menacing, dark…” He pauses for a moment. “Defeated. He seemed dead inside later in life.”

“huh well, tell me what do you think of the sun, vampire?”

“Sun vampire?” He asked, sounding confused. “You mean Dracula’s son?”

“sorry i’m talking too fast, what’s your thoughts on the sun”

“Oh.” Aris said. “It doesn’t kill me, but my powers are weakened by it quite a bit.”

“Ever seen a sun cult?”

“Can’t say I have.”

“Terrible terrible people. Very punchable”

The ship approached it’s destination. It was in even larger ship, with a gaping hole blasted in its side.

Aris stood. “Strange.” He said. “It’s been attacked already…”

“Think we should check it?”

“I’d assume that’s why we were sent in the first place.” He said, not looking away.

“EVERYONE! grab a spacesuit and a jet pack and grapple hook. We’re going for a spacewalk”

“Well that’s certainly a ship with a hole in it.” the plague doctor remarked sarcastically.

“Just put a space suit on”

Aris simply grabbed one of the hooks. “Let’s go.”

The plague doctor hooked a miniature oxygen tank to one of the nozzles on his mask.

“You immune to radiation? It’s a bad way to go.”
